The easiest way get from BER airport to Berlin is on the FEX train. The FEX airport train stops at three major stations: Ostkreuz, Gesundbrunnen, and Hauptbahnhof (central train station).

You can also take the S9 train. It’ss a little slower than the other one, but it stops in more places, including Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstrasse, Hauptbahnhof, and Zoologischer Garten. You can view all of the S9 stops here.
